چکیده

We present a case study on the integration in a real industrial design flow of Automatic Integration Test Generation methods. We achieved our goal by devising a testing plan specification language to easily define sets of test cases. The key idea was to base our language on formal standardbased system specification languages already used by the testing engineers in the company. We then have developed the software to integrate our approach in the design flow. From our testing plan specifications we can then generate all the test cases. We believe this approach can be reused also in different contexts. Our framework meets the initial requirements, i.e. no additional skills to the integration testing engineers are required, and only open source software is used. Moreover, during our preliminary experiments we were able to catch errors which went previously undetected.

A Survey on Generation of Automated Test Data for Coupling Based Integration Testing

In software engineering, software testing plays a vital role in improvement of software. In software testing, Test data generation is a standout amongst the most significant and crucial phases. Software testing is not possible without adequate test data. Software testing can be performed by using different test cases like, unit testing, integration testing, or system level testing. The first ph...

Software semantics and syntax as a tool for automated test generation

Test automation saves time and cost by digitising test generation and execution. The existing techniques fail to produce effective and compliable test scripts for not considering both syntactic and semantic information. The proposed three-layer architecture incorporates these information for generation of proper test scripts. It analyses the source code for extracting syntax and UML diagrams fo...

The Sociological Study Factors Effect on Intergenerational Solidarity Phenomenon among Youth(new generation)and Parents(Old Generation

Intergenerational solidarity is and important phenomenon for strengthening  social cohesion and is an important immediate mechanism that has major role in the transfer of knowledge from generation to generation. But the distance between parents and youth, among generations, and this gap exists between the social system, with profound social problems facing the generation gap in the process in t...

Augmented Dickey Fuller and Johansen Co-integration Tests of Oil Price Volatility and Stock Price in Emerging Capital Market: A Case of Nigeria

Generally, high oil prices slow economic growth, cause inflationary pressures and creates global imbalances. In addition, oil price volatility increase uncertainty and restrain the much-needed investment in the capital market. Thus, this paper applies the Augmented Dickey Fuller and Johansen Co-integration Tests in which the effect of oil price volatility, crude oil price and stock price is ana...

A Model-based Methodology for the Integration of Diagnosis and Fault Analysis during the Entire Life Cycle

The work presented here uses a library of behavior models of system components as a core for supportive tools for several work processes during the life cycle. Models of complex systems can be automatically composed from such library elements and provide the basis for the automated generation, instead of programming, of diagnostics and fault analysis. The feasibility of this model-based methodo...
